Refund and Cancellation

Nutiifit:

Full refund will be provided prior to assigning a Nutrition/ Meal Plan. Post that you may
request re-assignment of coach by e-mailing our support team.

Personal Training:

Full Refund will be provided until 3 sessions are completed with the coach. Post that you
may request re-assignment of coach.

MuclePack:

Full Refund will be provided upto 15 days from registration. You may contact the support
team for the same.

Refund Duration
If approved, your refund will be processed within a 5-7 working days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
